L’intersectionnalité est devenu un mot à la mode, voire un badge que les activistes se collent pour afficher une vitrine inclusive.

Mais lorsque nous creusons plus en profondeur les origines de cet outil créé par les féministes noir.e.s, nous nous rendons compte que la portée révolutionnaire et nécessaire de l’intersectionnalité mérite d’être connue et appliquée avec soin.

Dans cet atelier, nous allons revenir aux bases de l’intersectionnalité et de l’anti racisme, car les deux vont de paires.

Intersectionaliteit is een modewoord geworden, tot zelfs een badge die activisten zichzelf opspelden om zich inclusief voor te doen.

Maar als we dieper graven in de oorsprong van dit door zwarte feministen in het leven geroepen instrument, beseffen we dat de revolutionaire en noodzakelijke reikwijdte van intersectionaliteit het verdient om met zorg te worden gekend en toegepast.

In deze workshop gaan we terug naar de basisprincipes van intersectionaliteit en antiracisme, aangezien die twee hand in hand gaan.
